Dry Harrison Apple Cider

Harrison apples were a popular American variety used for making hard cider in the years around the Revolutionary War. The variety fell out of favor and was "lost" only to be rediscovered in the 1970s. This cider was pressed from 100% Harrison apples grown in Virginia, then fermented with our house culture. We get baked apple, lemon zest, and light tropical notes. Finally we naturally-conditioned it for high carbonation!
