Domaine Albert Mann is collaboraton of two brothers, Maurice the viticulturist and Jackie the winemaker. It has recieved the highest rating from the "Revue de Vin in France". They are also rated in the top tier of Alsatian producers by The Wine Advocate and Vinous. The wine is a blend of around two thirds Auxerrois and one third Pinot Blanc. Expect a medium plus bodied wine with peach, pear, and melon flavors. Good acidtiy with a light lemon honey undertone. It pairs with all sorts of lighter dishes and even some heartier Alsace cuisine. If you are not careful this could become one of your favorite wines.
