Bramito del Cervo comes from the renowned Antinori familyies property in Umbria. It is entirely made up of Chardonnay grapes. The grapes are picked at night and kept cool after pressing. Fermentation is done in large wooden barrels. Aging is done in wood barrels and stainless steel. The resulting wine is bright and fresh with apple and tropical fruit flavors. A tiny trace of citrus fruit is in the background with some hazelnut, butter, and vanilla.
