Bereche comes from two brothers, Raphael and Vincent. Farming is done with Biodynamic priciples. The Brut Reserve is a perfect entry into the Bereche wines. Low in sugar and high in flavor the wines show the bright acidity and fruit that the Brothers have come to be known for. it is made up of equal parts Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. Bereche is already one of the most famous Champagne producers and it is only getting mor ewell known. I remember being able to order the wine whenever i needed. Now it is allocated and getting harder and herder to get.
