Also part of the high vineyard series. This is a blend of 4 vineyards all over 3100 feet above sea level. The wine ages 8 months in a blend of new and old French oak barrrels. About half of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and there is some sur lie aging. The wine has a good blend of citric and tropical fruits alongside apple and pear. Touch of sweet vanila cream. A lighter fresher version of California chards.
