Maybe the best sparkling wine you have never heard of. Annamaria Clementi is the top wine from Ca Del Bosco in Franciacorta. This is arguably the top sparkling wine from arguably the best region to produce sparkling wines in Italy. All the fruit is harvested Oraganically and the sulfur addition is less than half the allowed amount to carry the Organic grapes label. The initial fermentation is in small oak barrels. The second fermentation takes place in bottle. The wine aged for 8 years on the lees. There is no dosage or sugar additions. Iti is made in only the best years. Pear, apple, quince, brioche, and a hint of baking spice.
