Can Sumoi is a second project from Pepe Raventos. The fruit for this wine is farmed biodynamicaly. natural yeast fermentation produces citrus flavor. Behind these there is some creaminess from the sur lie aging and batonnage. It is bottled unfined and unfiltered so dont be scared of a little sediment.
