Casa Marrone appassimento wines come from Puglia, the heel of the boot. The red is a crazy blend of Montepulciano, Lambrusco, Sangiovese and Nero di Troia. The grapes are partially dried before pressing and then fermented. All the farming on this estate is Organic and the wines are vegan friendly. Flavors of cherry and plum with chocolate and vanilla.
