You dont have to go to Mallorca to drink like you it. Here is a blend of Callet, Mantonegro, and Cabernet in basically equal parts. The wine is amed after the large fortress on the Island. The grapes are probably unfmiliar. I would ocmpare the wie to an upper tier wine from the Southern Rhone Valley of France. Think Chateaunuef or Gigondas.
