Charles Audoin is the fourth generation to grow grapes in Burgundy. He was instrumental in finding the best sites for vines and in Marsannay getting an official appellation. Charles's son Cyril took over in 2009. Cyril switched to organic farming to become a better steward of the land. Fermentation is as traditional as possible with only minimal intervention.
The Bourgogne from Audoin is more refined and complexthan you would expect for a village level offering. It is vibrant and clean with red and black berry fruit.
