Chateau La Grolet is a Biodnamic winery in the Cote de Bourg region of Bordeaux. It is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The wines are aged in oak for a year. Lighter styled than alot of bordeaux. Mainly bright red berried fruit with a trace of dark plum underneath. The tannins are present but add abalnce to the acidity. A very well rounded red that will compliment a whole array of foods.
