The wine is as impressive as the name is long. It is a blend of Grenache Blanc, Viognier, and Clairette. Lychee, passion fruit, ginger, apricot, pink grapefruit, white flowers, medium bodied, surprising acidity, and the tasting notes could go on and on. There is a lot going on. It will change as it sits in the glass. Seriously one of my favorite whites in the store.
