Contessa hails to us from Abruzzo on the east coast of Italy. This area is known more for reds than whites, but this is changing. Pecorino is a grape that many are not familiar with but should be. The wine is denser than you would expect with orange blossom aromas and stone fruit flavors. Try it with a simple fish preparation.
