From this large south-facing hillside, the view of the Crus du Beaujolais is incredible. We can see many villages and their bell towers as well as many mountains. For us it is one of the most beautiful views of Beaujolais. Here the very stony soil is slightly more loamy than its neighbor Clos du Chapter. The large surface area of this vintage (4.5 hectares) allows us to try several types of macerations. The aging of this wine lasts 12 months in barrels, demi-muids and stainless steel vats. The finesse, silkiness of the tannins and its significant aging potential make it an elegant vintage.
