The Chasselay family has been making wines in Beaujolais since 1464. All of the vineyards are certified Organic. The fruit is hand harvested and winemaking follows the lunar calendar with only indigenous yeasts. "I love you" is bottled without the addition of any Sulfur. The grapes are fermented semi-carbanicaly in concrete vats. The wines are light and fresh with plum and black raspberry fruit. Perfect for picnic fair or just light fall sipping.
