The extra brut rose is composed 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir. The Chardonnay comes from the Grand Cru of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and tthe Pinot from Ambonnay Grand Cru. The colr comes from an addition of 3% still red wine. it is a beautiful wine with great floral tones and copious red and black berries. The vibrant acidity makes your mouth water while providing some citrus fruit characteristics. If you like dry Champagne this is a must. Extra Brut means that it has to have less than 6 g/L of residual sugar.
