This is the perfect summer red. It is a blend of many different varities, all handled differntly to make a light quaffable wine that is meant to be drunk with a slight chill. Take it on a picnic with chicken salad sandwiches. Try it with avocado toast. Will it work with Vongole? Yes. It will pair well with just about any summer food I can think of. Baby back ribs with a good herbally dry rub and a Alabama white sauce, Yes. Lots of different fruit characteristics in this one. There are very light tannins and great refreshing acidity.
