The term farm is bantered about alot in the wine business. <einklang is a true farm in the way most of us think about one. They grow grains and fruits, not only grapes. They raise pigs, cows, sheep, goats, and horses. Truly a farm. They are biodynamic and self sustaining. They add no outside inputs into the ffed for the animals or into the soil in which things grow. The Epic is a Pet-Nat. This means that it is a sparkling wine that is made in the ancient method. The juice is added to the bottle and fermentation takes place trapping the gasses in the bottle and producing bubbles.
