This is an unusual wine for the region. It is 100% Syrah. Fermented in concrete vats and aged in stainless steel for 6 months before release. You will find flavors of licorice alongside appealing red and blue berries, also a touch of bacon. It iis dry with less than 3 g/l of residual sugar and only 59 parts per million of Sulfur.
