Pietra Bordiga founded hos distillery in 1888 in Turin Italy. Turin at that time, as well as now, had a vibrant cocktail culture. Pietra's recipres were well thought of and sought after by diffrent bartenders throughtout Turin. The extra dry has the least amount of sugar of his entire line. The herbs are sourced from the Occitan Alps. The base wines come from Cortese, Trebbiano, and Moscato grapes.
