Bordiga Rosso is made using the same recipe from the mid 1800s. The grapes are Nebbiolo, Cortese, Trebbiano, and Moscato. Pietra originnaly hired mountaneers to forage for his herbs and 100+ years later the company still does. Bordiga also does all of their own infusions and flavorings. They buy no premixed products.
